What do we offer
Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) has an established graduate development program.
We offer a learning and development opportunity that puts you in the driver’s seat of your graduate program experience and ultimately, your career. Opportunities are available in the Sydney and Melbourne offices.
We will work with you to design your two year program as you identify your preferred business areas. The program will help you to access world-class learning and development opportunities which include; structured workshops, formal qualifications and on the job learning, whilst shadowing industry leaders. You will have a challenging two years, as you grow and transition from a university student to a lifelong learner in the workplace.

Eligibility and locations
To apply for our Graduate Program, you must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia, or a citizen of New Zealand, and have qualified with a University Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree between the period July 2023 to January 2025.
If you are successful for the 2025 program you will also undergo background verification checks before you start employment.

Applications are now open for our 2025 Graduate Program. Opportunities are available in our Sydney and Melbourne offices, and we’re taking applications until Friday 30 August 2024.
What’s the application process?
To apply simply click the Apply Now button and attach your CV and video cover letter.
Candidates that are successful, after a phone interview and psychometric testing, will be invited to attend an assessment centre on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at Scoresby, VIC or Thursday 17th October 2024 at St Leonards, NSW.
When would I start?
If you are successful in obtaining a place on our graduate program you’ll start your journey with us in January 2025.
If you’re selected for our graduate program, we’ll offer you a 2-year Fixed Term employment contract. In the second half of the program, we partner with you in exploring career opportunities beyond the program and aim to guide your transition into a suitable role at Toyota Finance Australia.
